GamCare, the UK’s National centre for information, advice and practical help regarding the social impact of gambling, is pleased to award WBX with GamCare Certification to acknowledge their achievement in implementing the GamCare Code of Practice for Remote Gambling.

WBX has achieved high standards in Member protection and social responsibility and recognises the need to assist their Members in gambling responsibly.  To achieve GamCare certification WBX has implemented the following practices:

• Age verification systems
• Supplied information about responsible gambling, including sources of advice and support
• Provided training to their Member Services staff, in problem gambling and social responsibility
• Consulted with GamCare when developing new technologies and products
• Provided support for the work GamCare carries out in addressing the social impact of gambling
