Another Genepi was a big time loser for early morning exchange players last week at Kempton when a sustained gamble which carried on to the course went down. The seventh furlong at Lingfield will be a great help this afternoon and Kevin Ryan does not make many mistakes when he advises his owners to have a bet. They can get their money back this afternoon at Lingfield.

On the same card my horse King After has apparently been backed to win the last. This is a fun horse to own but he has long since stopped being a betting vehicle for me. If he wins he wins but I doubt he will.

At Sedgefield Mange Tout looks a good bet to land the opener from the disappointing Andre Chenier and Bestofthebrownies. He should be a fair price with local horses fancied.
